Research Assistant Position Leading to a MPhil Degree
We offer this opportunity to a dynamic, enthusiastic graduate with interpersonal and critical thinking skills in who completed their undergraduate research projects in Chemistry, Molecular Biology or Zoology.
Project title – Characterization and mechanisms of action of the novel isolated carotenoid (fucoxanthin derivative) from Sri Lankan Brown alga, Chnoospora minima against diabetes.
Inter-faculty, inter and foreign universities collaborative project
Requirements
• First or second class upper division degree in a relevant field.
• Must possess strong writing and decision making skills.
• Must be able to perform and complete tasks within a given period of time.
• Use of computer and statistical skills will be an advantage.
