Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Centre for Disaster Management conducted two health camps in Thunandahela and Millakade in Ratnapura District with the participation of the Academic Staff, Demonstrators, Members of Alumni and Medical Students on the 30th of May 2017. More than 500 flood affected residents were assisted and helped through this worthy project.
More health camps will be conducted on the 2nd of June 2017 at Pitabaddara and Morawaka in the Southern Province.
