B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) degree offered by the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, has been accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accreditation.
Graduates of B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) degree, will receive the full membership of the RICS once they follow a period of practice and complete an Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) which is prescribed by the RICS.
B.Sc. Estate Management and Valuation (Special) degree offered by the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura is the first and the sole land base higher education programme in Sri Lanka in the field of Real Estate Management and Valuation.
