Registration of the Staff Members for Covid-19 Vaccination Programme for the Booster Dose (Pfizer)

Covid-19 Vaccination Programme for the Booster Dose (Pfizer) will be held on 6^th & 7^th January 2022 at the University premises for the staff members who have received the 1^st & 2^nd doses on 20^th May & 22^nd June 2021 at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

It is required to confirm the information and register by choosing a convenient time duration to avoid unnecessary delays at the vaccination venue. The NIC and the Covid-19 Vaccination card should be produced as well.
