Senior Professor HHDNP Opatha attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura launched his new book titled Sustainable Human Resource Management by holding a simple formal ceremony on 07th January 2019 at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of USJ. He presented the book to Prof. Rev. Vijitha Damma Thero who is the current Head of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, Dr. Rev. Yasassi Thero, Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, the Vice Chancellor of the university, Dr. Aruna Kumara, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Lalith Wijethunga, President-Elect of Organization of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka, Prof. Ajantha Darmasiri, Director of Postgraduate Institute of Management, and Mr. Dammika Fernandu, President of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Relevant academics from the University of Peradeniya, University of Colombo, University of Kelaniya, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, Eastern University of Sri Lanka, Open University of Sri Lanka, Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka, University of Ruhuna, and the University of Jaffna participated in the ceremony in addition to relevant industry professionals.
