The MSc./Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry and Environmental Management offered through the Department of Forestry and Environmental Science is designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to take up diverse challenges in natural resource management.
This year’s MSc./ Postgraduate Diploma programme was commenced with inauguration ceremony which was held on 27th October 2017. Dr. Prasanthi Gunawardene, Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department, Prof. B. M. P. Singhakumara, Prof. Hiran Amarasekera, Dr. Priyan Perera, Senior Lecture and the Course Coordinator of the diploma programme were participated to the ceremony.
