Final round of the Inter Department quiz competition was held on 13th June at Sumangala reading hall which was followed by the 1st round taken place on 05th June.
Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. D. P. S. Chandrakumara, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. W. M. Yaparathne, Chairman of the Soft Skills Development Unit, Dr. K. M. Alexandar, Secretary of the Soft Skills Development Unit and Academics of the Faculty participated to witness the talents of the competitors.
After cheerful competition Department of Sociology and Anthropology wins the award for the best team, while the Department of the History and Archaeology owing the second place in the Quiz Competition. Event was organised by the Soft Skills Development Unit of the Faculty under the coordination of Miss Amali Yasintha.
