Dr. Muditha Vidanapathirana, Senior Lecturer at Department of Forensic Medicine, University of Sri Jayewardenepura; has won the awards for Best Case Report and Runner up Best Research at the 13th Annual Academic Sessions of the College of Forensic Pathologists of Sri Lanka, which was held on 28th of February 2015 at the Sri Lanka Foundation.
Dr. Vidanapathirana who is the current president of the College of Forensic Pathologists of Sri Lanka, also delivered the Prof. HVJ Fernando Memorial Oration based on “Gender Based Violence”, during this event.
Vice Chancellor of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Prof. Sampath Amaratunge was the Guest of Honor of the occasion.
