The year 2020 marks the 30th year of publication of Review of International Business and Strategy (previously International Journal of Commerce and Management). To mark the anniversary, the journal has compiled a virtual issue of selected papers to showcase the research published in the journal. Dr. Dushar Dayarathna’s (Senior Lecturer, Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of USJ) paper on high performance work systems (HPWS) has been selected to be included in the virtual issue (https://hussainrammal.com/2020/06/18/ribs-30th-anniversary-virtual-issue/) and will be available as free access between 8 June and 6 July.
