Dept. of Finance Admires International Award Winners

Admiring the victory of Ms Virgin Fernando of the Department of Business Economics, Mr Madusha de Silva of the Department of  Finance, and Mr Umendra Abeynayeke of the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce at the RB Global Challenge 2018, a welcome ceremony was held on 17th December 2018, under the organization of the Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
RB Global Challenge 2018 competition was held in the United Kingdom on 28th and 29th November 2018. It is a global competition organized by the Reckitt Benckiser where the young students all around the world have to present their own self-sustaining projects with the purpose of creating a greater social impact while addressing the current social issues in their respective countries.
