Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences completes successful journey of 10 years.In aim to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Food Science and Technology,an overnight “Pirith Chanting Ceremony” was held at the New Faculty Complex of Faculty of Applied Sciences, from 8.30 p.m onward on 24th March 2014. This was followed by alms offering to the “Maha Sanga” on the following morning.
