Dr. P.M.T. Bandara was appointed as the new dean of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with effect from 15th July 2022.
Ceremonial Induction of the New Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, was held on 21st July 2022 with the participation of Senior Prof. Sudantha Liyanage, Vice-chancellor of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Dr. Bandara assumed duties following a Pirith Chanting by the Honorable Maha Sangha. Heads of departments, academic, non-academic and administrative staff members participated in the induction ceremony.
