Applications for the above prize are invited from graduates of 2019, and the criteria is as follows:
“Awarded to the student who has shown the highest level of excellence in leadership as per final degree results (Candidate must have a minimum of second class – Upper Division pass), extra curricular activities and other skills, among all the students who have read for the internal degree programs of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce.”
Students eligible for graduation at the Convocation to be held in September 2020 should submit a self-prepared application with evidence addressing it to the Dean, through the Head of the Department and send the document to awards.fmsc@sjp.ac.lk on or before 10th June 2020.
The cover page of the application should include the name of the prize, name, registration no., index no., Department of the applicant as well as a passport size photograph of the applicant. You have to obtain a recommendation to your application from the Head of the Department via email or through a letter and attach it to the document.
Details mentioned in the application should be supported by relevant documents and they too should be submitted along with the application. A hardcopy of the application must be sent to the below mentioned address mentioning “awards.fmsc” at the top left corner of the envelop.
