Discussions  with the Center for Evaluation at Saarland University in Saarbruecken,  Germany,  was held at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor at 10.00am on 21st February 2017  to explore the possibility of commencing Master’s Degree in Evaluation at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in affiliation with the Saarland University in Germany.
