The University Business Linkage (UBL) Cell of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura has organized a Workshop on Innovation & Patenting Process to be held on Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 from 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM at Seminar Hall 1 of the Faculty of Graduate Studies of University of Sri Jayewardenepura

The session will comprise of extensive discussions on Intellectual Property management, law and Prior art search led by distinguished resource persons from the National Intellectual Property Office (NIPO) of Sri Lanka.

Research supervisors, research students and anyone who wishes to learn about IP policies are highly encouraged to participate.

Please bring your laptop for hands-on experience in guided prior art search.

Knowledge on Patenting Process and Prior art search will be vital in the future commercialization of research outputs in line with the new IP policy of the USJP.
