World-renowned chef Dr. Publis Silva who has been a pioneer in promoting traditional Sri Lankan cuisine to the world will be at ” Shadows of Success 4″ Innovative Career guidance programme of USJP on 23rd January at 4.30 pm at Munasinghe Hall, Faculty of Management studies and commerce.
“Shadows of Success” is a novel initiative of the Career Skills Development Society of the Career Guidance Unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This programme includes a series of workshops that would feature outstanding personalities of the country – who have thrived as professionals in their respective fields, gaining much respect and admiration. This programme aims to provide a sense of direction to our students guiding them in making advantageous career choices with more conviction and confidence.

Job shadowing is a globally recognized learning practice. It opens a forum for successful professionals to share their journey and experience with the new blood in the market. It provides a wonderful opportunity for our youth to explore new avenues and be better informed in their decisions making the process.
