The Department of Anthropology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, in collaboration with the SAARC Cultural Centre, Sri Lanka, is delighted to host the 5th International Conference on Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICICH – 2025) on September 19, 2025, at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.

This prestigious conference brings together scholars, researchers, and cultural practitioners to explore and celebrate the richness of intangible cultural heritage across diverse communities.

We invite abstract submissions from interested researchers in English, Sinhala, and Tamil from  the below mentioned categories of ICH:
