අපරාධ යුක්තිය හා විශෝධනය පිළිබඳ එක් අවුරුදු ශාස්ත්‍රපති උපාධි පාඨමාලාව – පළමු කණ්ඩායම

ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ අපරාධවිද්‍යා හා අපරාධ යුක්තිය අධ්‍යයනාංශයේ මෙහෙයවීම හරහා

පශ්චාද් උපාධි අධ්‍යයන පීඨය විසින් පිරිනමනු ලැබේ.

ලියාපදිංචි වීමේ සුදුසුකම්:

• පිළිගත් විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයකින් ලබාගත් අපරාධවිද්‍යාව හා අපරාධ යුක්තිය විශේෂ උපාධිය හෝ නීතිවේදී උපාධිය (LLB) හෝ
• පිළිගත් විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයකින් ලබාගත් විශේෂ හෝ සාමාන්‍ය උපාධිය සමග අපරාධ යුක්තිය හෝ එම විෂයට සමගාමී ක්ෂේත්‍රයන්හි අවුරුදු තුනකට නොඅඩු සේවා පළපුරුද්ද හෝ
• පිළිගත් විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයකින් ලබාගත් ඕනෑම සමාජියීය විද්‍යා විෂයයකින් සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද (Social Sciences) පශ්චාද් උපාධි ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලාවක් සමග අපරාධ යුක්තිය හෝ එම විෂයට සමගාමී ක්ෂේත්‍රයන්හි අවුරුදු පහකට නොඅඩු සේවා පළපුරුද්ද

අයදුම්පත්‍ර භාර ගැනීමේ අවසාන දිනය: 2023 අගෝස්තු 31 

අයදුම් කළ යුතු ආකාරය

1. පහතින් ඇති “Apply Now” බොත්තම ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන් හෝ “Applications” පිටුව වෙත යොමු වන්න.
2. ඔබට අදාළ Master of Criminal Justice & Corrections තෝරාගැනීමෙන් අනතුරු ව ඔබේ විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනය සහ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය/ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍ර අංකය සඳහන් කර ඇතුළු වන්න.
3. ඔබේ විස්තර ඇතුළත් කර Submit යන කොටස ක්ලික් කරන්න.
4. ඉන් පසු අලුත් ම වෙබ් පිටුවක තිරයේ “You have successfully submitted your Application”  (ඔබේ අයදුම්පත්‍රය සාර්ථක ව ඉදිරිපත් කොට ඇත) ලෙස ඔබට දිස්වනු ඇත.

   එම පිටුවෙන් අයදුම්පත්‍රය සහ බැංකු ගෙවුම් පත බාගත (Download) කරගන්න.

   වීසා සහ මාස්ටර් කාඩ් භාවිතයෙන් මාර්ගගත ව ඔබට ගෙවීම් සිදු කළ හැකි ය. ඒ සඳහා අදාළ වෙබ් පිටුවේ ඇති    අයිකන මත ක්ලික් කරන්න.

5. මෙම අවස්ථාවේ දී ඔබේ අයදුම් පත් ගාස්තුව වන රුපියල් 2000ක මුදල මාර්ගගත ව ගෙවීමට හැකියාව ලැබේ. එසේ නො හැකි නම් මහජන බැංකුවක් වෙත ගොස් පහත සඳහන් ගිණුම් අංකයට ඔබේ අයදුම් පත් ගාස්තුව වන රුපියල් 2000ක මුදල බැර කළ හැකි ය.

   • ගිණුම් අංකය     : 053010005154
   • බැංකුව සහ ශාඛාව     : මහජන බැංකුව, ගංගොඩවිල ශාඛාව

• මෙම ගිණුම් අංකය වැරදියැයි බැංකු නිලධාරියා ඔබට දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබුවොත් කරුණාකර ගංගොඩවිල මහජන බැංකු ශාඛාව අමතන ලෙස එම නිලධාරියාගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටින්න.
• පුද්ගල බැංකු ගිණුමක සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඉලක්කම් 15ක් ඇති නමුත් මෙම ගිණුමේ ඇත්තේ ඉලක්කම් 12ක් පමණි. එබැවින් ඔබට ගෙවීම් සිදු කිරීමේ දී ඉලෙක්ට්‍රොනික තැන්පතු යන්ත්‍ර හෝ ඩිජිටල් බැංකු යෙදවුම් භාවිත කළ නො හැකි බව සලකන්න.

6. 1 සහ 2 පියවරයන් භාවිත කරමින් නැවත වරක් ඇතුළු වන්න.
7. “Next” බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න. (අවශ්‍ය නම් ඔබේ විස්තර සංශෝධනය කිරීමට ද අවසර ඇත).
8. ඔබ පහත සඳහන් ලේඛන උඩුගත (upload) කළ යුතු ය. (upload කිරීම අනිවාර්යය නොවන අතර පහත 9 වන පියවරේ පරිදි ලේඛන ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් එවීම අනිවාර්යය වේ.)
   • වර්ණ ඡායාරූපයක් (3.0cm පළල x 4.0cm උස අහස් නිල් පැහැ පසුබිමක් සහිත) .jpg හෝ .png
   • උප්පැන්න සහතිකයේ ස්කෑන් කරන ලද පිටපත – .pdf ගොනුවක් ලෙස
   • බැංකු ගෙවීම් කුවිතාන්සිය හෝ මාර්ගගත ව ගෙවීම් සිදු කළ රිසිට්පත – .pdf ගොනුවක් ලෙස
   • විශ්වවිද්‍යාල මට්ටමේ අධ්‍යාපනික සුදුසුකම්වලට අදාළ සහතිකවල ස්කෑන් කරන ලද පිටපත් (පළමු උපාධිය සහ ශාස්ත්‍රපති/ දර්ශනපති) – .pdf ගොනුවක් ලෙස
   • වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම්වලට අදාළ සහතිකවල ස්කෑන් කරන ලද පිටපත් – .pdf ගොනුවක් ලෙස
   • වෙනත් සුදුසුකම්වලට අදාළ සහතිකවල ස්කෑන් කරන ලද පිටපත් – .pdf ගොනුවක් ලෙස
   • නියුක්ත රැකියා ස්ථානයන්ගේ සේවා ලිපි (Service letter) – .pdf ගොනුවක් ලෙස

** ** කිසිදු පර්යේෂණ යෝජනාවලියක්/ සංකල්පීය පත්‍රයක්උඩුගත (upload) කිරීම අවශ්‍ය නො වේ. (no need to upload any Research Proposal / Concept paper)

9. මුද්‍රිත අයදුම්පත (ඉහත 4 වන පියවරේ සඳහන් කරන ලද) විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍ර ප්‍රමාණයේ වර්ණ ඡායාරූප 3 ක් සහ ඉහත 8 වැනි පියවරට ඇතුළත් සහතික කළ ලියකියවිලි වල ඡායා පිටපත්
   සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී,
   පශ්චාද් උපාධි අධ්‍යයන පීඨය,
   ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය,
   ගංගොඩවිල,
   නුගේගොඩ.
   යන ලිපිනයට ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් එවන්න.

   ලියුම් කවරයේ ඉහළ වම් කෙළවරේ “අපරාධ යුක්තිය හා විශෝධනය පිළිබඳ එක් අවුරුදු ශාස්ත්‍රපති උපාධි පාඨමාලාව 2023” ලෙස ලියා දක්වන්න.

10. එමෙන්ම, ඉහත අංක 8හි උඩුගත (upload) කළ ලේඛනවල මෘදු පිටපත් (soft copies) bosss.fgs@sjp.ac.lk යන විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනයට යොමු කරන්න. “Master of Criminal Justice & Corrections 2023” ලෙස email subject හි සඳහන් කරන්න.

Masters of Criminal Justice and Corrections (Intake 1)

Offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, USJ

through the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice

New Admissions for Academic Year 2023

For Whom : Employees in the Department of Police, Tri Forces, Prison, Judicial Services, Excise, Probationary Department and those who are interested in the field of criminology.

Eligible for Registration:

1. Special Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice or Bachelor of Laws from a recognized University
   or
2. Special or General Degree from a recognized University with not less than three years of work experience in related fields of Criminal Justice
   or
3. Any Post Graduate Diploma Course in Social Sciences from a recognized University with not less than five years of work experience in related fields of Criminal Justice.

Application Closing Date: 31^st August 2023

How to apply?

1. Click on the “Apply Now” button below or go to “Applications” page.
2. Select the Course “Master of Criminal Justice & Corrections” and login with your email & NIC/passport number
3. Enter your details and click on Submit.
4. You will see “You have successfully submitted your Application” in a new web page. Download the application & Bank pay slip from this page.
   You can pay the application fee online via Visa or Master Card in LKR from this page by clicking the  icon.
5. You can pay the application fee of Rs. 2,000/- online only at this stage. If not, you have to visit to a People’s bank physically and pay the application fee of Rs. 2,000/-to the following account
   • Account Holder      : University of Sri Jayewardenepura
   • Account number    : 053010005154
   • Bank & Branch       : People’s Bank, Gangodawila Branch

• If the bank officer informed you that this account number is incorrect, please ask the officer to contact People’s bank, Gangodawila branch.
• People’s bank account contains 15 digits normally. But in this account contains only 12 digits. So, you cannot use Cash Deposit Machines or bank applications to pay.

6. Login again by repeating the above 1^st & 2^nd steps again.
7. Click on the “Next” Button at the bottom. (If necessary, you are allowed to edit your details)
8. You need to upload the following documents (It is not mandatory to upload these. It is mandatory to send the certified copies to FGS (please see 9th step))
   • Color Photograph (3.0cm width x 4.0cm height with plain sky-blue background) – .jpg or .png file
   • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate – .pdf file
   • Bank payment receipt or Online payment receipt- .pdf file
   • Scanned copies of Academic Certificates (First Degree & Masters/MPhil) – .pdf files
   • Scanned copy/ies of Professional Qualifications Certificate/s- .pdf files
   • Scanned copy/ies of Other Qualifications Certificate/s – .pdf file/s
   • Service letter – .pdf file

** no need to upload any Research Proposal / Concept paper

9. Post the printed application (from the 4^th step above) along with 3 passport-size color photographs & the certified documents included in the above 8^th step through a registered post to
   Assistant Registrar,
   Faculty of Graduate Studies,
   University of Sri Jayewardenepura,
   Gangodawila,
   Nugegoda.
   Write “Master of Criminal Justice & Corrections” on the top left-hand corner in the envelope.
