15th International Conference on Pali and Buddhist studies organized by the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences was held on 17th December 2019 at the Sumangala reading hall.

Tawalama Bandula, The Vihara Administrator, London Buddhist Vihara, United Kingdom, Head of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies; Prof. M. D. D. I. Gunathilaka, academic members and a large number of distinguished guests graced the event.
This year’s conference was chaired by Ven. Dr. Kumbuke Chandaloka Thero with the assistant of the Conference Secretariate; Ven Prof. Medagampitiye Wijithadhamma Thero.
