The University provides research grants to encourage the members of the academic staff to do original research in their respective fields of study contributing to the enhancement of knowledge of the subject field. Priority will be given for proposals involving applied research however applications for grants for proposals involving basic research will be considered under special circumstances on their own merits subject to availability of funds.
